Jeremy Leahman

Jeremy Leahman graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 1994 with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Following graduation he signed on with American Safety Razor in Verona, VA reporting directly to the Vice President of the Industrial Blade Division. In 1995 he moved to Filtroil, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA where he became sales manager for North America. During the next few years he became Vice President of Sales and then Executive Vice President for the company taking the products around the world to Europe, South America, Oceania, Africa and Asia. In 1998 he became partial owner of the company and launched two other industrial related businesses, LuBoron LLC and Plastics Processing Technologies, LLC, taking them global while owning and operating Filtroil, Inc.

While being primarily responsible for the sales and marketing for the two new start-ups, Leahman was responsible for the overall operations at Filtroil, Inc. and was actively involved with the Society of the Plastics Industry serving on the steering committee for the Global Business Council and chairing international trade missions. In addition, Leahman was an active member in several other industrial related associations including the Fluid Power Distributors Association, Society of the Plastics Engineers, Independent Lubrication Manufacturers Association, Virginia Economic Development Partnership and American Management Association.

In 2002 Leahman moved his manufacturing base from Japan to China forming Shenzhen Filtroil Filtration Technologies (SFFT) which has grown over 30% each year through 2008. Leahman is the Vice Chairman of SFFT and decided to go back to school to receive an MBA at the University of Virginia’s, Darden Graduate School of Business where he will graduate in 2009. During his time at Darden he has signed contracts with Fortune 100 companies as strategic alliances with Filtroil, Inc. In 2006, he moved the Filtroil business to Richmond, VA from Charlottesville and is married with three children.


Sue Overton

Sue is the Art Director and Marketing Coordinator for Biz-LX. She has worked closely with Tony Naidu and other members of the Senior Management Team to create and define Biz-LX. Beginning with the company logo and extending to the variety of printed and web marketing pieces, Sue works to maintain the brand image of Biz-LX. She also supports Biz-LX potential and current clients by providing them with access to simulation resources and materials. She maintains the client database and keeps users informed of new Biz-LX products and developments by producing a quarterly e-newsletter.

Sue continues to service various design clients from her freelance business, Skyline Graphics. Here she has provided businesses, organizations, and individuals with graphic design and print fulfillment services. Sue enjoys being able to take a customer's base ideas and transform them into a visual reality. Her years of experience in printing and design allow her to advise her clients on the best possible solutions for their marketing needs.

Sue has been working in the higher education industry since 2006 when she was recruited by Tony Naidu to work at Interpretive Simulations. Sue previously pursued a career in the Printing industry in Santa Fe, New Mexico and then in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Sue serves on the board of Riverfest, a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote involvement in watershed stewardship of local streams and rivers. She is also proud to be involved with her local SPCA, donating her time and talents to produce their quarterly newsletter as well as assisting when and where she can to help in their mission.

Sue graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. Sue is married and resides in Waynesboro, Virginia with her husband, 2 dogs and 2 horses.
